How Do I Get Started?

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all! You don't need to know HTML, CSS, Javascript or any other technical jargon. Library administrators, assistants, and volunteers manage most of our website libraries. They don't have any formal training and are maintaining their websites just fine. Plus, we have many How-to articles that will walk you through how to manage your site.

Does Ploud Support Third-Party Integrations?

We have many of our customers using third-party catalogs, and content and they have had success embedding that content into their web page within the Ploud platform.

How Long Does It Take to Set up My Site?

We can have your site up and running in a matter of minutes. However, it takes longer for you bring your content in from your current website or set up a new site on the Ploud platform. Rest assured, our support staff is here to help you get up and running as quickly as possible. We find that it takes most libraries a couple of weeks to bring their content over to the Ploud platform.
